- Purchase an HTML editor for designing Web pages. Probably CoffeeCup.
- Purchase or borrow a scanner to create graphic files, especially art from previous edition. Update 6/10/2012: The scanner at Chattanooga State's library should be acceptable.
- Set up a new URL for SFC and the Handbook site. The old URL no longer works. Either Network Solutions or Dotster. Current URL is http://www.smithuel.net/sfc/sfchb3/toc_v3.html.
- Once the URL is set up, print paper inserts for existing paper copies of the Handbook. Get with Buff to find out how many are needed.
- Redesign the Table of Contents page.
- Recruit art and graphic design help for the site.
- Start to copy current local fandom articles into the Web site. Retype at first, but consider OCR software later if too much work.
- Work on MHFIII tribute section.
- Work on ConFederation section.
- Type up list of current Phoenix, Rebel, and Rubble winners.
- Type up list of Deep South Con information.
- Plan the remaining contents of the site.
